Awful to see a club like Wasps fall from the highs . Remember seeing them bt Toulouse at Wembley in 2004 Heineken cup final with Rob Howley scoring a last minute try . They were some team dallaglio, rob Henderson, Johnny o Connor , Howley , worsley, trevor leota,Simon Shaw . Things started falling apart when they left loftus rd and moved to Reading losing their London fan base. Shame

I don't think it's a rumour, more a journo throwing it out there as possible solution. There would be a mutiny from the cash strapped provinces if they were to invest outside of Ireland.
