Have any of you been sent emails about getting an upgraded free router?
Got mine this week as I had an old upc one, nightline delivered it to the wrong address, someone signed for it and deactivated the old one. Was without internet for days. Sent out another one and internet is much better now. Give them a ring if you have the old router.

Anybody currently having issues? My TV service is all pixelated and my broadband can stay up about as long as Pele without his viagra.

Try turning off the power to the router then power on, that may help
