Putting aside the Republican idea that every school should have an armed cop by the door and that this would end school shooting, they also want to arm teachers who, unlike these police, are not professionals. And of course arm them with pistols despite the fact that mass shooters are usually using body armor and semi-automatic long guns with combat ammunition. Jesus wept.

The cops, unprompted said "all the dead children were shot by the shooter".

You'd assume that to be the case until the cops say it unprompted and refuse to hand over the bodycam footage.

Safe to assume not every child was killed by the shooter then.

unreal...So you have to display guns in new york a law thats been in place for 100 years and now the supreme court over rules this in the middle of a spate of school killings.... i wonder did the nuclear testing have hereto unknown side effects that are only just coming to light

The good news is a law is working it's way through the Congress on gun control, Let's hope it gets passed.
