Good stuff. Definitely look at a structured couch to 5k as it will help you ease back into it. Something like this.Cheers @jimmym and @Happyhonkaman. Got out for the first time last night. Managed about 2.5km in around 20mins, running around 2km of that and having to walk the rest. Legs were like jelly after it and my lungs didn't know what was going on. Felt good though.
