Goldie I think is closed on a Sunday as well.
Sunday definitely lowers my options.
I've never been to Paladar but love tapas abroad so that's a good option I never considered.

If you like Tapas Moody Cafe on McCurtain street/Glanmire road is excellent also.

I love Moody and Paladar, you won’t be disappointed with either

It's Dog expensive but reliable enough

Elbow Lane is a very solid option.

I ate in Cask a while back too and it was pretty good. Small plates buzz.

The staff in Cask are just terrible and the manager there seemed to just hate the customers.

Really? I found the staff to be great when I was in.

Admittedly, last time that I ate there before the overhaul and Frank (now in Old Brennans) was still running the gaff.

I have not been back since last Christmas when a good few of us simply walked out as they had Harry Potter on acid in charge.

In fairness its more that steak has gotten expensive its about €31 or €32 for a Rib eye or about €38 or 39 for a T-bone (from memory)

But thats just the meat and a few leaves

Sides are 6 or 7 so you're not a mile away from 45 or 50 a head main course only which i would regard as expensive.

Ribs and such are about 23 quid i think
