John Murphy tied for second with Richard Bland and Shane Lowry and Tyrrell Hatton on 11-under par, just three shots behind Danny Willett.
Delighted for him, really nice guy.

Murphy gets a top ten finish. That's fantastic for him. Lowry 4th.

Great showing for Lowry given he wasn’t going to play it.

Class story here too, lad won a tournament last week to guarantee his PGA Tour card for next season. He was driving DoorDash during the pandemic to make ends meet for his family.

Murphy doing well again, comfortably made cut t25th seven shots back(6 behind Rahm). This guy really looks destined for the top. Just as well considering how few we have produced since Rory.
