Some final round from Matsuyama 9 under and finishes -17. Cantlay and Schauffele fed off each other's jovial demeanour and both fell away😂

I backed kitayama, I wonder will PP buy it that I meant Matsuyama

Yer man Knapp leading the Mexican Open lost his card and was bouncing to pay entrance fees for Monday qualifiers, has lead on his driver to stop it going right. If he holds on, he will win 1.5m. Love those stories, that's why LIV should be told f8ck off.

:lol!: @ Talor Gooch, he said “If Rory McIlroy goes and completes his [Career] Grand Slam without some of the best players in the world, there’s just going to be an asterisk. It’s just the reality. I think everybody wins whenever the majors figure out a way to get the best players in the world there.”

Rahm, Smith, DJ, Bryson, Hatton, Phil, Reed, Niemann, Meronk, Garcia will all be there, I wonder who he is talking about, oh yeah........himself.

Cognizant Classic (aka Honda Classic) at PGA National tomorrow.

These 7 cover only 9.9% of the win probability of the field. Pretty much equivalent to Rory's win probability.

The course is one of the toughest outside of the majors - narrow fairways, 15 of 18 holes with water hazards, reputation for high winds - so I'd rather spread my risk around than back one golfer, especially Rory.

PGA National is one of Lowry’s favorite courses on the PGA TOUR, having never missed a cut here in six career starts while posting finishes T2 and T5 each of the past two years. Lowry has always been a grinder that we look to target on tougher tracks, and PGA National has been perennially one of the hardest courses on the PGA TOUR circuit, so it’s no surprise to see the Irishman’s success here.
The former Open champion ranks fifth in this field in both Strokes Gained: Tee-to-Green per round and SG: Total per round at PGA National among anyone with more than one career start here. Lowry’s putter was ice cold the last time we saw him at the WM Phoenix Open, which led to a poor T60 finish. However, he did gain strokes in every other category for the week in TPC Scottsdale and has since had three weeks to get ready for this event, which he always seems to get up for.
Despite some poor recent form, Lowry still ranks 10th in the field in SG: Tee-to-Green over the past 48 rounds, and should revert back to his normal self this week.
