Aberg
Rahm, Rors, Hovland, Fitzpatrick, Fleetwood, Lowry, Hatton, Rose and Meronk.
Then 3 from Streaky Straka, Bob Mc (actually probably qualify tomorrow), Aberg, Hojgaard.
A mad off the wall wildcard that imo would work, it would be Molinari (home favvy, huge support, Molywood etc. The yanks have picked JT who wouldn't win a round of pitch and putt at the moment to play with Speith
Aberg looks some talent. Heard if he's picked, he'll be the first player never to have played a major to play the Ryder cup. Lowry's world ranking will probably save him but he's totally out of form. Hell I'd say Harrington is better than him right now. Rahm, Hovland, Rory, Fitzpatrick, Hatton, Bob Mac, Fleetwood, Straka, Meronk, Aberg, Rose, Lowry is my guess will be the team. Tough on the Hojgaards though.

Rose rather lucky to be picked too, hasn't done a lot of note lately. Automatic picks look reasonable but Hatton is an annoying prick who could cause disruption, a Faldo with 1/100th of the talent.

Mark Power turning pro, making his debut at the Irish Open.
Remember watching him at the Lee Valley scratch cup a few years ago, fantastic iron player.

Kilkenny golf club organising a classic to help him on his way. He had a good Walker Cup, one of only two GB&I players to win their singles match, and had two other wins and one loss.

That's encouraging, because he had gone off the boil a bit.
