i only knew Chris to see, he was at every race, always one of the more boisterous runners. Always cheering people on

So very sad. He gave so much of his energy, enthusiam and time to the kids he coached. A real force of nature and as EG said a great support to all in races. A talented runner in his own right. I would have known him pretty well and enjoyed any conversations that we had over the years. His energy would be projected onto you.
May he rest in peace.

Yeah Great run

He's been stuck at 10.3 for a few years. Big Wind at +1.7 so this is a 10.2 ish run in still conditions but this will go a long way to getting into higher class fields and Michell-Blake is a huge scalp for him
