There's constantly people being investigated and arrested for alleged membership of a terrorist organisation that would be a start. The UK have a Counter Terrorism Unit which would cover the state (Northern Ireland) as well.
So you have Drew Harris of the Guards, the PSNI and MI5 all making claims yet they haven't made any arrests or at a bare minimum lead any investigations that has produced any concrete information, all sound bites to me.
If they are a member of the Army Council rather than a political party of the Ard Comhairle then absolutely grounds to be arrested.

I can confirm, I know this as a fact as a close relative was on work experience in The Dail last year.
It is not Security Guards that mind the place, it is Gardai.
As far as that person knows everyone except politicians have to display their official Dail ID cards when on the site.

Well I don't know if that is possible, I mean if it's that easy for an unsanctioned press person to stand next to others and in front of political people, then what's stopping someone with malicious intentions from doing it ?
