It has to be said, for the population we have now, the percentage of " homeless " is suddenly very small.
Well, if you include those couch surfing, those living in over crowded homes with multiple generations under the 1 roof as they couldn't find a home, families living in separate homes and those who emigrated as they couldn't find a home then we could have close to 50,000 homeless..conservatively.
We have another 4,000 eviction notices to quit given out in Jan-Mar 2023. All no fault evictions.

Not to forget students living in cars/commuting 6 hours a day to and from College every day.
For our population, having a deficit in supply of 250,000 homes certainly isn't small. It's criminal.
To have 1 person homeless in a population of a few million is a disgrace.
To have 12,428 homeless certainly isn't small, and referring to them as "homeless" is beyond disgusting.
