See Dublin City council had spent 46m in the administration of homeless services in 2014. Cork spent 5m.

That has now increased to 190m in DCC and 15m in CCC for this year.

With the few gazebos set up outside Charlie's atm, you can get a feel of (by stretching the imagination massively ha) what the Quaysides would be like if devoted to leisure and lounging.

Also, i'm seeing more and more peeps using the Quayside steps as a place to sit and relax by the River in the Sun .

Creating Public Space along the Quays is to me is a totally obvious way of improving the City.

I'm surprised that not more of the Public are on board trying to get this implemented!

Is that Horgans Quay? I passed the hotel a few days ago, absolutely horrible looking thing. Just a big black building.
