She went to the guards about Mcgregor. thats when all the evidence regarding her injurys and the DNA was collected.
she never accused lawrence of anything.
then lawrence came forward and claimed he had sex with her twice after mcgregor.
she had no memory at all of having sex with him so in that context he was accused of rape on the grounds of not being in a fit state to give consent.

in the court lawrence claims were blown out of the water
Kealey i believe gave evidence that she and lawrence had sex 3 times. lawwrence claims would have been 5 times in a couple of hours which undermined the jurys belief in his evidence, along with her injurys, none of lawrence DNA being found on her and Lawrence having his costs fully paid by mcgregor the jury didnt believe a word of his evidence.

so thats the context in which you are lacerating a rape victim.
