Just seen a new one, for me: middle aged chap strolling down George's Quay, with shopping bags in each hand, giving out to himself and waving his arms up and down like a child having a tantrum.

I don't think he was handsfree on his phone or anything. Just looked like the average loolah who has a lot going on in his head.

Does anyone ever see a fella around South Terrace/George's Quay who tries to spout conspiracy theory shite at anyone who passes him?

Scruffy fella with dark curly hair, pants barely staying aboving his waist, and boots with the laces untied.

There's this mad one roaming around the gaff, think she was a chef. Spouting poetry (decent enough stuff in fairness) and ranting about lemon meringues. Someone said she was a legend of the local talkpage scene but that's only a rumour.
