I believe there is a huge technical issue with tracked trams managing to turn the degree necessary at Singers Corner, as in turning from Washington Street onto Grand Parade towards Daunt Square.

Heading down in a single right-hand turn onto Grand Parade-South Mall seems more likely.

Engineering wise it does not work to turn modern tram carriages in a tight "S" turn.

I'm shocked how people are not being killed there daily, mostly pedestrians due to their stupid behavior.
