A notice of termination informs the tenant of the date they have to be out of the property.

Depending on how long they are in situ it ranges from 90 days to roughly 280 days.


An actual eviction order has to be secured when a tenant refuses to leave by the agreed date.

Tenants never get help and if they do take on the landlord they won't have a reference for their next potential landlord.
As a landlord would you take in the person(s) - who rightfully stood up to the landlord- or the 100s of others with references from previous landlords?
