Stuff that grinds your gears

Calling it "Éire" in English implies either snootiness/snide attitude or a person pretending they are able to speak the Irish language. Bang of an old British newsreel off it.
Maybe. Most use Ireland, which is correct. Unless talking about our soccer team using the term Republic of Ireland is wrong.
 
I know ,but sure I've 2 grandkid in Derry who is a rangers fan
Called Grace and she sings it word 4 word,
Yet refuses point blank to even wear a CCFC top ??
"I've only 1 club grandad,rangers"
She's only 6,
her da my son's from Creggan,she's living in an orange hole,Tullyally,
Her mum won't let her travel to Cork,
Must be afraid I'd convert her
Or God forbid put a Cork GAA top on her,
She's comes to Creggan to watch the old firm game in her orange Rangers gear,and sits next to her Celtic clad cousins???it's gas
She has her own mind :)
