Company: Our client is a leading provider of security software and services. Founded in the eighties they have developed into a leading multinational with more than 2500 employees worldwide. They now have a vacancy for Sales Learning Plan Co-ordinator in their Cork headquarters.
Role: In this role you will be responsible for developing the correct tools for employees to engage with the key stakeholders throughout the customer lifecycle. He/She will design training, materials, training documentation, execution and delivery. The successful candidate will ensure that the entire sales team has a strong knowledge of the product our client produces, and can possess effective closing skills. You will also need to ensure that the course content and selling tools evolves in line with the sales enablement learning plan.
Skills: The skills needed for this role are as follows;
-Candidates must be fluent in English additional European languages are advantageous
-Must possess 3-4 years writing and presentation skills
-Skills in Project management is a must PMD certification is desired
-Candidates will have a strong background in software sales
-He/She will have the skills to organise a virtual project team
-Candidates will have strong commercial acumen and strong leadership skills
