Rate the last movie you watched out of 10

I think you confused a few posters here, they seem to think you meant the Omen from 1976, the title of the movie didn't help it either, but Slick meant this one guys, only came out a few weeks ago:

Yes, it is related to the Omen series of movies, as you'll find out towards the end and I agree with Slick, not very scary at all, dragged a bit, had a few moments towards the end, as usual these days all decent bits are all in the trailer. 4/10 sounds right

Sound, that's the one, I think my mam made us watch the original to make sure we never skipped Mass. Talk about divine motivation! ?

Nobody (2021).

A poor man's "The Equalizer", with a white guy. Completely OTT with a ridiculous Russian body count. 6/10 for 90 mins forgettable entertainment.

South Park: The End of Obesity

South Park, you either get the humour or you don't, in this mini-film, South Park takes the urine out of the big Pharma guys, the US Healthcare system and the people who inject themselves with the diabetic injection pens to "lose" weight.

The old South Park traits are still there, one definitely for the fans, if you're a Simpsons fan, not for you. :lol!:
4/5
Great parody of The Lost Boys, Randy is comedy gold.

That they may face the rising sun - loved it - 8/10 - beautiful cinematography.. hmm.. and extremely well acted.. I just didn't like the actress who played Kate - the soundtrack was fab too..

Tarot

A group of friends hire out a creepy old mansion while celebrating a birthday, they run out of beer so search the house and come across this tarot deck in a box.

One of the group just happens to be a tarot card reader so they all get their horoscopes told by her and then the fun begins as they get picked off one by one by manifestations of their final card coming to life.

It wasn't bad as horror movies go, at least for once the trailer didn't show all the good bits, standard horror plot, find an expert on tarot curses, do rituals blah blah so a decent 3/5

Ahem. Announcement.

Godzilla Minus One.... Is on Netflix!

Go Gojira!!!!

10001000111/10.

And it's dubbed this time so unlike the previous we can love the beast instead of reading subtitles.

The Station Agent (2003).

Second time watching it. With a younger Peter Dinklage who plays a dwarf who inherits an old train depot in a small rural area of New Jersey. He moves there to live a quiet life but hadn't reckoned with some of the quirky locals who keep encroaching on his solitude. Harmless and quietly entertaining in a, dare I say it, heartwarming way. I enjoyed it as much 2nd time around. A life I suspect I'd like.

7+/10 for me.
