Rate the last movie you watched out of 10

Scream 2/10
Not quite as bad as the newest Halloween but it’s a complete mess.
The amount of stomach stabbings without any real repercussions was off the chart.
One character was effectively gutted but got up out of bed with a slight grimace like she they had a strained back.
It’s poorly made too, can see the reflection of the camera crew in one scene, another goes from day time to night back to day and then night again in the space of a few minutes.
I’m pretty sure their ages and abut don’t add up too.


1 for Never Campbell ageing like a fine wine.
1 for a brilliant final kill.

Project Gemini

With all things Russian in the news right now, time to watch some sci-fi from there. Project Gemini starts with all of Earth's plantlife getting wiped out by a virus so the search is on for 'Earth 2.0' with the help of an alien artifact that's 4 billion years old and got 'conveniently' left behind by Aliens.

The visual effects aren't bad, have seen a lot worse, very badly let down by the voice acting, not sure if it was dubbed, the lips seemed to match up but the delivery was just so deadpan and wooden. Was a nice 'twist' towards the end but it was basically the Alien series, from Alien itself to Prometheus..............verdict 6/10 but only because i'm a sucker for anything sci-fi.
