Irish boats in finals all over the program tomorrow. All these boats are already qualified for Paris so there’ll be a bit of shadow boxing for sure. That said, McCarthy and O’Donovan usually aim to win any race they row. McCarthy was out sick for a few weeks so they may be at a different stage in their prep

O'Donovan and McCarthy 3rd behind a dominant Italy about a length. Bit of a canvas between them.and the swiss. Italy took it on from 750m and never let go.

Ellen Walshe, slightly slower than her recent Leinster Championship time, but still went 4:38.05 in the heats ealier to add 400IM to her already-qualified 200IM
Nathan Wiffen was 5 seconds off the QT in 1500 - 15:06 was a big PB but still misses the mark. He was on track - even ahead of the mark out past 700 but it slipped away from him between there and 1200.

The International Boxing Association (IBA) will offer prize money to all Olympic champions and medallists at this year's Paris Games.

Aidan Walsh, Daina Moorehouse, Jennifer Lehane and Grainne Walsh have become the latest Irish boxers to qualify for the upcoming Olympic Games.

The four fighters enjoyed victories in their respective last-eight bouts to move into the final four of the Thailand tournament and secure their berths at this summer's showpiece.
