Great atmosphere here at the cup final. Derry, no surprise, are outnumbering Shels. Good game so far. 15 minutes in. Lovely afternoon for it too unlike many of the previous ones.

1 nill Derry. A well worked goal.

They played ‘Teenage Kicks’ about 15 minutes before kick off and the Derry support went mental.

2-0 at the break. One sided enough final as expected. I can’t see any way back for Shels apart from Duffer togging out and winding the clock back 20 years.

An easy 4 - 0 win for Derry in the end. They coasted it. A good afternoon out. The Derry fans are special.
