Fair play for admitting that. God knows what sort of a state he'll leave us in, which compounds the job of whatever owner comes next, or group that try and resurrect his failed project from the ashes.

He’s caused most of the problems himself,
Being too spendthrift,
Appointing wrong people,
Not listening or delegating,
Doesn’t take criticism,
He bought in the pound shop instead of M and S

Hard to be a self made multimillionaire and purchase something only to delegate control over to others I imagine.

Appointing new manager seems to have been a disaster though
