Must.... Own....property....

Rents have increased by 95% since 2012.
Landlords have had 11 years of the mortgage paid off AND a 95% increase in payment.
Has your salary increased by 95% since 2012?🤔
lash up the figures for the landlord having their mortgage paid off and getting a 95% increase on top there like a good lad

By the way, if it was that simple to make money aren't you the dumb fucker for not jumping on the bandwagon and becoming a landlord? You could be the good one that didn't put the rent up at all and had the mortgage cleared for you.. why not? It really is that simple and straight forward after all

Stick to screaming at your TV in the full kit tomorrow

They were €875 in 2012. That's a fairish rent. If you could afford to charge €875 per month in 2012,there's zero justification for the extortionate rents scumbag landlords charge now.11 years of the mortgage paid off since 2012. Low interest rates during that time too. Nobody fleeces Paddy like Paddy.

I never said the mortgage was paid off.
I said 11 years was paid off.
2012 was 11 years ago.Try keep up.
Dear lord. Brain dead would be a compliment to an uneducated oik like you. Stick to taking selfies of your obese self in your Liverpool kit.

FSG making Rebels look like the smarter alt :lol!:

You have a situation now where interest rate repayments on mortgages have hiked. Landlords are expected to absorb this as they cant raise rents beyond 2% annually in RPZ.

Added to this the department of housing has brought in mandatory improvements in all rental housing that has to be absorbed by the landlord with no tax relief.

Its no wonder they are selling up in record numbers ( and being hit with 51% cgt on any profit).

But no listen to that imbecile . 'All landlords are c*nts'.

Ffs 🙄

Why did they bring in the RPZ? Scumbag landlords were increasing rents at insane levels. Let them sell up. I'd rather a family live there and pay off their own mortgage than have them charged extortionate rents by c***y landlords. It's incredible what FF/FG have managed to do to the housing market. If they intentionally wanted to fcuk things up they couldn't have done a "better" job. It's 2023 and we have 11,000 people homeless.

Yes, 11 years of the mortgage paid off, and 95% on top of that into the pocket, thats what you have claimed - give us the figures to show how this is possible ya dummy

And why haven't you jumped on the bandwagon in that case? Its really easy, you just buy a gaff and get some fool to pay it off for you while you take a nice 95% chunk in the poca for yourself. Why not?
