I've just noticed that the Echo show that came with that camera is nowhere near as good as the Echo show I already have. (I have an 8 and this is a 5)
Still, I nearly have an amazon echo device in every room now. They're actually very good but you have to play around with them. For example they're linked to Spotify so you can just say "alexa, play such and such a playlist on Spotify"
