There was only a chap on red fm this morning saying he and all his friends had mortgages by 23 in the 70s ,how that working out now ? A 23 year old now is lucky to sharing a room in a rented property.

So because he had a mortgage at 23 that means people are leaving the country in record numbers does it?

It dropped everywhere during Covid, except some African countries. Also millennials and Gen Z don't have sex like boomers and X-ers had, fcuking around like rabbits

Probably working since he was 16 or 17 in a trade if they were lucky to even have a job while women mostly worked in the home and few people owned cars or even had telephones in their homes and the Catholic Church were in charge and a flight out of here cost a months wages.

23 year old now are leaving college, getting jobs or travelling and do not want to buy houses for another 10 years.
