Imagine Broadband - any experience?

This is for my sister really but she's too shy for PROC! Apparently this is the best option for her according to broadband.ie

Any bad/awful experiences or reasons she should stay away from them? Looking at their website there is no monthly fee, just connection and 3 quid a month to rent the router.

What website? I'm on imagine, have had no probs with it, plenty fast (on 1mb package I get aroung 500-750k most of the time).

its line rental plus €10 per month for free local and national calls and 20 hours broadband. to upgrade to unlimited time on broadband its an additional €10 a month.
