Getting a C Reg car

My father wouldn’t buy a car this week because it had a Limerick registration. Lol

I drove a Limerick registered car for years!

Back to Cork now.

What would be your top 3 and bottom 3 county reg's?

I have plenty that come to mind for the bottom 3, top 3 is lacking in candidates.

Then again didn't see any ideas on getting the C reg from ye either.

You could always get a C reg and stick it in the boot, would be similar to the multitude of young hurlers in Mullingar who wear a Cork jersey underneath the Westmeath one.

Anything else besides Cork, just grin and bear it although you'd worry about the annual dose of pitying looks you'd get driving in a Mayo reg car at business end of AI football c'ship.

Country regs are grand, its effectively a license to do whatever you want in a city, wrong lane no problem just cut right across everyone.. It not your fault you are out of your depth. I recon youcould go through the tunnel on the wrong side and get away with it, try that in a cork or dublin reg you'd be dragged out of your car, but a nice MO, RN, CE etc on the reg is akin to michael o learys taxi for the bus lanes back in the day.
