I repeat this every time we this shit, but the way to sort this out is to ban the clubs involved from all competition for a year.

If the GAA don't do it, watch the referees themselves get together and start boycotting teams.

That happen to Carrigaline United last year, the referees wouldn't ref their home games, proper order too.
 
Totally agree with the post above The only way to stop it is the team involved, NONE of their teams from under 10s to seniors, can participate in any GAA matches for 12 months .Not even friendly matches. Imagine how much of a social pariah a person would be if parents couldn't drop off their kids to matches or training for a year. Obviously kids could take up other sports but it would hit the GAA club hard. Only way to deal with it.
