You will deal with customers across France, providing the highest levels of customer service by phone and email. The leaders of the future will be promoted from within.
Responsibilities
• Providing telephone and email support to customers, you will have a passion for providing the highest levels of customer service
• Responding to customer contacts in a timely and accurate manner in line with company service levels
• Working to team and individual goals for response times, resolution of problems and call volumes always aiming for the highest standard of Customer Service
• Interacting with other departments to solve issues
• Dealing with complaints in relation to incorrect or late orders, damaged goods
• Reporting to your Team Manager you will strive to meet your objectives
Requirements
• Previous call centre or customer service experience preferred (although not essential)
• Adaptable and flexible approach
• Ability to resolve problems by providing effective solutions
• Ability to work on own your own initiative
• Outgoing personality, able to build rapport with people
• Team Player with the ability to learn fast
• Excellent computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and databases
• Strong communication skills with a good telephone manner
• Customer Focused approach and excellent inter-personal skills
• Fluency in French is essential, both written and spoken
• Fluency in English is an advantage
All candidates will be required to attend an Assessment Centre with Expect Talent. Full training will be provided by Amazon. All candidates will be required to provide details of references. Thorough criminal background checks will take place as part of the recruitment process.
