Heard their new album is meant to be good.

But I intend to give it a good airing this weekend .


What do you think ?

All hype or is there some substance to them ?

Loved most of the first album, and had tickets to see them in Marquee. Got the new album, just have not had a chance for a full run through yet.

A lot of people turned off by the Dublin accent, but I think it actually adds to their overall sound.

Would rate, The Murder Capital, higher up though. Can't wait to see them live.

The forced Dooblin accent is a dealbreaker.

Can't stand them. Heard their song on the radio and it put me in a bad mood for ages. It was some repetitive shit. Not sure what they're trying to prove.

I really like the post-punk sound they have, but the fake accent ruins it. Stop trying to sound rough when you obviously went to private school.

This article really surprised me, I thought The Coronas were a joke band but it turns out that's actually what's supposed to happen when they start playing.

New Fontaines album is actually great, just waiting for them to get a bit less self-conscious and bit more self-aware.
