Woke up
Watched wrestling
Had some sausage rolls
Watched the RoI match from last night on replay
Had some chicken wings and watched TV
Watched the rugby
Played a game for a bit
Now I'm about to watch more football and I'm having some wine
 
Up at 9.45 (rare lie in from the tiny overlords!)
Breakfast
Mass
Supermarket shop
Made up a picnic and brought the kids to fota
Afternoon wandering around Fota
Went out to Inch for a swim
Home to bath the kids and get organised for the morning
Barbeque for dinner
kids to bed.
Tv now, bed soon.
 
Up at ten. Breakfast with everyone. Said my goodbyes and got train for home.
Tidy up in house.
Read for a while.
Got tea ready.
Put kids to bed.

Up at 6am for 7 am 12 mile run,
Home for 9am, breakfast, lay down on bed
walked the dog,
Had lunch,
Headed to pairc ui chaoimh,
Home 6.30pm, Dinner, washup, lit fire, fell asleep,
woke up, made lunch for today and fell into bed 9.45 pm
