He was very whistle happy and had an inconsistent interpretation of the advantage rule but didn't think he was biased for or against us in anyway shape or form to be fair.

Job done, Cork miles better. Was a night for just getting the result in those conditions.
As for people complaining about ref, stop lads. In those conditions ref will always be a bit whistle happy, better than allowing things go and someone pick up a serious injury. Why would any manager after a comprehensive win call out a ref and draw attention to himself. Doyle is actually a brilliant ref, will ref the all Ireland senior final within a few years I'll bet

Dreadful game really not helped by the conditions band the fussy ref. Disappointing we didn’t create any real goal chances - Waterford were truly abysmal. We should buried them really but we didn’t - definitely got a bit complacent in the second half against the breeze.
