Going to be big crowds down de Pairc this spring. Looking forward to the Limerick and KK games in particular.

Any idea why the KK game is on at 5 and not half 7?

That's a lot of intense matches for teams ahead of a long and demanding championship. As someone mentioned, managers will be be anxious about injuries and having players fresh for championship.
The pre season comps are a big loss for trying out new players. Obviously don't want to be throwing in 4/5 newcomers in the 1 game versus a limerick for example.
Kilkenny will definitely be experimenting with the retirements they have had, as will galway who need to find players badly
