I think Limerick would nearly prefer to qualify in 3rd. Not sure they'll be looking forward to facing Clare yet again especially with some of their players looking like they need a rest. And I don't think winning a Munster is high on their list at this stage.

Delighted Cork are through given where we were after Round 2.
New competition now though so past results count for little, hopefully the lads can drive on now to another level

I think Limerick will struggle to take off in the all Ireland series like they did last year. They look to have come back a bit from last year. Of course, this post could leave me with egg on my face by the end of July! ?

Repeat provincial finals are prevented so it depends on who is left. Looking at who is left then I would say it’s very likely we’d meet the Munster winners if we can get that far. There’ll be a tricky QF before that.

Semi-finals (2 matches): The winners of the quarter-finals join the Leinster and Munster champions to make up the semi-final pairings. Teams who may have already met in the provincial championships are kept apart in separate semi-finals where possible. Two teams are eliminated at this stage while the winners advance to the final.
