100%. They could have tidied up many eye sores on north main st, castle st, Patrick st list goes on for 400k+. Even a lick of paint would have been money better spent.

Went for a brief walk around South Mall area there.

I tried out one of the fancy new expensive solar bins. Couldn't get the thing open as it as so jammed with rubbish.

And then got down to George's Quay before looping back around. The stench coming from the river today is horrific. Must be dredging or something going on.
