no they don`t do anything like that, however i find their cleanliness to be slightly worse than other restaurants on the balance of things. not all of them just on average. have been in plenty of working kitchens

the ambassador is family run and they all seem to have irish accents... so maybe its them.

I'd say Tung Sing or Pearl River have been there longer.

Was in Tuckers field drinking many years ago at the back of the old Sunflower take away when a rat that was running along the wall was impaled with a cooking knife by a Chinese dude. He took said knife and rat back into the chipper with him.
Would never eat anything from a china man chipper after that.
