Do you have to lie it on a hard surface like the floor or could you use it on your bed? How much was it, I never checked the prices on Facebook

No I use mine on the bed, it works much better than doing it on a hard surface because your body can sink into it more

I had acupuncture but it didn't do much only aggravate me further. I prefer massage. It might work for you though, everyone's body is different

Fortunately I don't need it but my brother has a lot of back problems.

I tried a load of different back treatments including a discectomy and laminectomy, all failed. The saviour for me was a mix of physio and reformer Pilates classes with Sinead Murphy who is now based in Blackrock GAA.

Yikes, is that where the fuse your vertebrae together?
I was scheduled to have that in cuh but recovered before the operation.
