Best of luck with thatIf the Council could take over that out-of-date coal yard at the entrance to Elizabeth Fort it could be a fine public plaza etc.

my late father was born and reared near blarney st, He said his mother would regularly be outside the house with a dish of water and a scrubbing brush keeping it clean, THose days are long gone, people just dont give a fcukThe amount of old inhabited & in use buildings with paint and plaster falling off the facades around the city is nuts. Unless you are old and decrepit theres no excuse for this. There should be an incentive to keep your house in a reasonable state of repair, be it a carrot or a stick.
Tis indeedThe coal yard is still in use afaik.
A bit harsh, it sells excellent coal...A kip of a place. No redeeming features whatsoever.
