Wtf would you bring in a rule to exclude the majority of people who use an amenity?

Agreed, it's the larger dogs which tend to be let run amok on beaches with the owners having no control over them, it's a major turn off if you have small children to have these animals running up to them.

Yeah you're really going to have a lot of people out for solo strolls at 9 on a Sunday morning alright.

I personally think that the disgusting trash and rubbish people leave on a beach much more harmful than a dog walking on a beach. Most people are very careful about their pets (there’s always an exception) and don’t let them run recklessly scaring people in any public aspect imo.
