EU should be sucking up to the Africans not threatening to intervene in the country don't want another Libyan blunder, put the EU on the side of the people, so far Russia is winning the PR battle and those that think diplomacy by Russia is not working only has to look at the popular support for the coups in these African countries.

Niger, Burkino Faso and Mali are all coming out in favour of Moscow, Russia is certainly winning the hearts and minds of Africans especially those formerly under French influence.
