I’d rate haven up there anywhere in standards when compared to Barrs or nemo .id guess they would have prob 15 per cent population of either Barrs or nemo and are only ones who can take on the city duo . Ive had no issue considering Haven as being on the same tier as nemo the past few years even when they werent winning the championship and in spite of their success Nemo are on no pedestal of quality because, to your last point, it's not the big towns that are failing its the entire county both in detail and as a whole.
