He obviously must have brought something to the table. They were failing at the same stage for years. Wasn't afraid to leave players off which previous managements probably were. He was the difference and it was a shrewd move by the club to bring someone in of that calibre and eventually achieve their goal. If they can hold onto him they will rattle Senior A.
