Isn’t minor going back to U18 next year? I always thought it was but I could be mistaken. I agree with all your predictions though, huge game for Youghal.I'm gonna go with Blackrock to beat Ballygiblin. Midleton scored 2-15 in the 2nd half alone against Ballygiblin the last day. Cathail O' Mahony, James Mullins and Pa Magee went off injured for town last week. And Mark Keane is down under too obviously. Blackrock aren't bad at all. They have players like John O' Sullivan, Eoin and David O' Farrell and Fionn Coleman seems to be in great form at the moment.
Lisgoold should have enough for Mayfield, with the likes of the 2 Cronins, Diarmuid Healy, the Cashmans and Liam O' Shea on their side.
The relegation final is a massive game for Youghal so I think they will want it more than Douglas. Youghal have 3 Cork minors joining their squad next year so it would be good for them to stay Intermediate.
That is the plan in cork alright but there’s a huge issue of do the 18s only play their own grade or will they be allowed play adult?Isn’t minor going back to U18 next year? I always thought it was but I could be mistaken. I agree with all your predictions though, huge game for Youghal.
The vote is being held in Croke Park on Sept 30th. The CCB tried to go on a solo run with a special convention in April but it was ruled out of order. That is the plan in cork alright but there’s a huge issue of do the 18s only play their own grade or will they be allowed play adult?
My own view is let them play both and let the club decide what is best for their players. But some clubs will try get minor games put off to suit their adult teams and that cannot be allowed happen either
