I think this is how it is shaping up to be in the knockout stages lads. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. Some good games to look forward to.

I have it the same as you, don’t think the Cork Tables page would be right in that case as you could have Aghabullogue-Lisgoold and Midleton-Ballygiblin rematches in the semis which is wrong I

Watched Kildorrery Blackrock, decent scrap of a game I thought, Kildorrery seemed to have more wides which they’ll be kicking themselves over as they could easily be going through now.

Hard completion to call, Ballygiblin were up 8 at half time and got outscored 2-15 to 1-4 in the second half.

Aghabullogue going well but football might take its toll later on.

Douglas will probably go down also.

Jesus Youghal have been on some free fall the past few years. They've a few very good minors eligible next year so hopefully they breathe new life into the club

Yeah I think the same. The semi final pairings won't be confirmed until after the quarter finals are played. No repeat pairings so if Lisgoold beat Mayfield, they can't play Aghabullogue and if Ballygiblin beat Blackrock, they can't meet Midleton.

But if both Mayfield and Blackrock win their respective quarter finals, I think Mayfield will be playing Midleton in the semi final and Blackrock will be playing Aghabullogue. Unless it is an open draw.

I went to see Kildorrery v Blackrock. It was a good tough game with both teams all to play for right until the final whistle. All credit to the great format of these competitions. Kildorrery lacked a bit of finesse, especially up front. They were very dependent on James Keating for scores. He was excellent at centre back, may I add. Meanwhile for Blackrock, Fionn Coleman was the hero at full forward. The big man finished with 3-2 to his name. The final score was 3-17 to 1-21.

Aghabullogue v Lisgoold was a real cracker. Seriously good hurling played at times.

Wouldn’t be a bit surprised to see them meet again in the final. There’s nothing between them.

If Aghabullogue can get Danno Dineen going they’ll win it out.

Healy was quiet for Lisgoold. There’s loads more in him.

Paul Ring, the cork footballer, and John Cronin had a great battle with the footballer coming out on top. He’s some man to take punishment. Real battler.

Anytime I've seen Ring play with Aghabullogue in football he got destroyed. Michael Walsh from Mitchelstown gave him some punishment a few years ago and he didn't take it well.

O'Mahony scored 2-5 the same day, wonder why they didn't put their inter County footballer on him

I was talking about the hurling match yesterday.

I’ll take your word for it about the football.
Don’t see how it’s relevant though.
