At last the tent dwellers have admitted defeat. The tent was taken down tonight. Hopefully the residents of the house have a more positive experience in Fermoy for the rest of their time here than they have had over the past 2 days.

So the original plan was to have Abbeyville House in Fermoy be used to accommodate single men and now as a result of the protests etc the plan has been changed and Abbeyville House now is full of families who will be going to local schools and integrated into the community.
