High Court judge Ms Justice Aileen Donnelly delivered her judgment refusing the State's application for the extradition of Ali Charaf Damache at the request of the United States.
No problem for the Spanish to send him on his merry way. On a side note, they tried to strip him of his Irish Citizenship, but the Supreme court stopped it. The law still has not been amended, so he will be coming back here when he has finished his sentence.
