As Ive said, none have stayed going in Cork for any significant length of time. The only one I can think of is the place that was on Winthrop Street and that was as part of a pizza joint.

Most hamburger joints, cafés and convenience stores sell Ice Cream.It is busy all year around as some religions do not drink and prefer coffee, ice cream, coffee etc. Stroll around the city say 5.00pm - 8.00pm and these places are always busy and family friendly.

Lots of dodgy biusinesses went wallop once the EWSS which was keeping them afloat dried up.
The city is now overrun with these Ginos, Crepe Places, Bubble tea, Coffee Shops etc while loads of pubs have closed which must reflect a changing society as the pub is less important now compared to even 10 years ago.
All these places seem to be busy while some pubs are shuttered or not opening at all early in the week.
