Try them all and decide which one you prefer. It's as simple as that really.

Some fellas would have you believe that Beamish and Murphys have less/no additives in them compared to Guinness so are therefore more pure. I doubt it though, but maybe someone who thinks it is the case can back it up.

Interesting. Can you elaborate on this, the procedures, why it's done, the consequences etc?

Is that stuff available on draught anywhere or just bottles?

I've only ever had it from a bottle, poured into a glass, which doesn't make for a great drink visually.

Guinness is pasteurised too.
Guinness hangover is worse - not sure why.
