Most of the team picks itself really but it does show the advantage of having a settled team. These lads will know what to expect from those around them and know what is expected of them as well.

I was expecting him to be centre back this year . What’s his story?

I understood Daniel Murnane was injured then and left the panel for treatment.

Its amazing a team that struggled so much v Limerick has only 1 change to the starting line-up and Timmy Wilk isn't on the 15. Along with Barry Walsh one would think that Wilk would give a bit of force and direction rather than the tippy tappy poor hurling in that last game.

A change was needed at centre back and not doing it could prove costly. O Regan is a decent player but never a centre back.

It's certainly a bold decision from management anyway. A big Ben O Connor shaped hole at CB and filling it with someone learning the position from scratch at IC level. We can only judge it on what we've seen and it hasn't worked so far despite the results.

I feel for the young lad. A good player being played out of position thus far.
